Following  discussions with the London Stock Exchange  it
has  been agreed that the ordinary shares of 5p  each  of
Delyn Group plc will not be suspended on 22 May 2000, the
day  of the Extraordinary General Meeting to approve  the
proposed acquisition of ingenta Limited.
