             Interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2004



Ingenta plc, the technology and services provider to the publishing and
information industries, will be announcing its unaudited results for the six
months to 31 March 2004 on 29 June 2004.

Ingenta has continued to make good progress towards post-tax profitability in
the period to be reported on and the group is on track to meet market
expectations for the full year.
