INGENTA PLC - DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES
The Company received notification on 14 November 2000, that
Prudential plc now has a notifiable interest in 1,520,000
Ordinary shares representing 3.04 per cent of the issued share
capital of ingenta plc.
