ingenta plc - Exercise of share options

The Company has been informed that on 27th July Mr David
Callcott, Finance Director, exercised options over
100,000 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 70
pence.

Following the exercise of options, Mr David Callcott sold
100,000 shares at a price of 260 pence per share.
