                             Director Shareholding

The Company was notified that, on Wednesday 15 January 2003 Mr William Finlay,
Finance Director, sold 6,500 ordinary shares at 5.25p. On Thursday 16 January
2003, Mr Finlay subsequently bought back 6,500 ordinary shares at 5.5p bringing
his total holding back to 67,106, being 0.11 per cent, of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
