Infrastructure India plc, an AIM listed infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, has been notified that, following a review of its custodial arrangements, Guggenheim Global Infrastructure Company Limited ("GGIC") has transferred its interests in the ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held through GGIC IIP Holdings, L.P. and Franklin Park (Cyprus) Limited from its previous service provider to Smith & Williamson Investment Management Limited.  As a result, the registered holder of these Ordinary Shares has changed to Smith & Williamson Nominees Limited.

The above transfer, which was completed on 14 December 2012, has not changed the number of Ordinary Shares held by GGIC or the control over the voting rights attached to those Ordinary Shares.

The Company's Asset Manager, Guggenheim Franklin Park Management, LLC, is a wholly owned subsidiary of GGIC.
