Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, announces announces that Cenkos Securities plc ("Cenkos") has been appointed as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker with immediate effect. This follows the completion of the acquisition of the Nominated Adviser and Corporate Broking business of Smith & Williamson by Cenkos.
