Revenue sharing agreement

Infoserve Group plc ("the Company"), the online local business search and directory specialist, is pleased to announce that on 1st October 2010, the Company entered into an agreement with Web Business Power Limited ("WBP"), an operator of online advertising, hosting & website services.  The agreement allows Infoserve to provide online services to customers of WBP in return for a share of revenue from sales to those customers over a three year period. As a result of the agreement, Infoserve will obtain access to data on approximately 7,000 potential new customers to whom it will have the right to provide online advertising services and other products. The agreement is expected to contribute to profitability from year 2.

Commenting on the agreement, Executive Chairman, Steve Barnes said:

"This agreement offers a unique opportunity to gain access to around 7,000 potential new customers who have already purchased online directory listings."
