Infoserve Group plc (the 'Company')

Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

At the extraordinary general meeting of the Company, which took place earlier
today, the resolutions put to ordinary shareholders to grant the Directors the
authority to allot new ordinary shares for the proposed placing, without first
offering them to existing shareholders on a pre-emptive basis, were duly passed.

The proposed placing is for up to £1.5 million and the marketing to potential
investors commences today.
