                   Confirmation of Departure Date of Director


On 17 July Informa plc announced that its Finance Director, Anthony Foye, would
be leaving the Group and that it was likely that he would remain until the end
of 2007.  It is confirmed that he will step down from the Board and leave the
Group on 31 December 2007.

On 23 November Informa plc announced the proposed appointment of Adam Walker as
its new Finance Director and that Mr Walker would join the Group in March.
During this interim period, Informa plc's Deputy Finance Director, Mark
Kerswell, will head the finance function of Informa plc and will report directly
to David Gilbertson.
