Results of Annual General Meeting

Informa plc (the 'Company') announces that at today's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') all resolutions put to shareholders were passed on a show of hands.  In accordance with the announcement by the Company on 1 May 2009, a motion for the withdrawal of resolution 2 included in the Notice of AGM 2009 to approve the final dividend of 3.9p per ordinary share was approved at the meeting. Accordingly, in place of that proposed final dividend, a second interim dividend of 3.9p per ordinary share will be payable. This dividend has a record date of 15 May 2009 and payment date of 23 June 2009. The Dividend Reinvestment Plan will continue to be offered to shareholders for this second interim dividend.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, two copies of each of all the resolutions have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the document viewing facility of the UK Listing Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS, Tel: [phone].

A summary of the proxies cast in respect of each resolution is set out below. There were six shareholders at the meeting. The issued share capital as at today's date is 425,194,325 and the number of votes per share is one.
