This is to advise you that following the recent sale of 100,000 ordinary 10p
shares Henderson Investors Limited and its fellow subsidiaries (including AMP
Asset Management Limited, acting as agent for its discretionary clients, hold
(either directly or indirectly) 17,462,717 ordinary 10p shares in Informa Group
plc which represents 14.99% of the issued share capital of 116,466,786.
