Informa PLC ("the Company") has been notified that Mrs Jane Davidson, a person closely associated with Stephen Davidson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today purchased 1,600 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at 470 pence per share.  Stephen Davidson and his close associates' now have a total beneficial holding of 4,950 ordinary shares in the Company.
