Informa plc - Directors Share Awards

Further to the completion of the Informa plc (the 'Company') Rights Issue, the Company has now approved adjustments to be made to Share Awards currently held by the Directors of the Company in accordance with the Rights Issue. The Company has also approved the adjustment of option prices and awards of all the Company's Share Option Awards. The Share Awards and option prices of the Directors have been adjusted as follows:
