Informa Group plc (the "company")

Further to the announcement on 2 December 2003 in relation to, inter alia the 
proposed acquisition of PJB Publications Limited, the Company announces that on 
3 December 2003 it posted to shareholders a circular (the "circular"), 
containing, inter alia, notice of an extraordinary general meeting of the 
Company.

Copies of the Circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will 
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document 
Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
