Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange to
blocklist 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p
under the following Schemes:-

830,000 Ordinary shares under the Informa Group plc Executive
Scheme
450,000 Ordinary shares under the IBC Scheme and
220,000 Ordinary shares under the IBC SAYE Scheme.

The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued
shares of the Company and will be admitted to the Official
List upon the exercise of options.

Copies of this announcement are available from The Company
Announcements Office of the London Stock Exchange for the
period of 2 business days from the date hereof and from The
Registered Office of the Company for the period of 14 days
from the date hereof.
