Dealings by the Manager

The Company has received notification that Ocean Dial Asset Management Limited ("ODAM"), the Investment Manager to the Company (the "Manager"), sold 904,493 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at 28.25 pence per ordinary share on 4 October 2013. Following this transaction ODAM has no beneficial interest remaining in the Company. The cash raised will be used to support the future growth of Ocean Dial.
