Nick Timberlake appointed non-executive Director
Notice of Annual General Meeting
India Capital Growth Fund Limited is pleased to announce that Nick Timberlake has agreed to join the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 19 July 2022.
Nick Timberlake has over thirty years' experience in the asset management industry as a Portfolio Manager, he was with HSBC Global Asset Management between 2005 and 2020, initially as Global Head of Emerging Markets Equities and then Head of Equities. Previously he was a Director of F&C Investment Management and has spent the last 20 years investing in global emerging markets equities. He is a partner in Panorama Property Investments LLP. Nick is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of the UK.
Nick Timberlake has no other disclosures to make under Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6).

AGM Arrangements
The AGM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 21 September 2022 at Royal Plaza, 1 Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HL. A copy of the Shareholder Circular incorporating the Notice of the 2022 AGM will be sent to shareholders in the next fourteen days and will be available for inspection on the Company's website www.indiacapitalgrowth.com .
