The Company has received notifications of the following share dealings by a Director of the Company and Principal Adviser to the Company:

·     On 14 September 2012, Mr Fred Carr, the Chairman of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 34.00 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Carr has a beneficial interest in 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.13% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).

·     On 14 September 2012, Mr David Cornell, Principal Adviser to the Company, purchased 130,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 34.11 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Cornell has a beneficial interest in 130,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital). Mr Cornell also has an option in respect of 301,507 shares currently held by Ocean Dial Asset Management Limited (Investment Manager), exercisable between 25 January 2013 and 25 January 2015 at an exercise price of 49.75 pence per share.
