The issuer has made the following amendment to the Issue of Further Equity
announcement released on 4 January 2001 at 10.10 under RNS No 6847W.

It  was  announced on 4 January 2001 that the  board  had
issued a further 2,058,185 shares under the terms of  the
Company's offer for subscription.

The  number of shares that had been issued were 2,108,185
shares.

All other details remain unchanged.

Further issue of equity

The board is pleased to announce that a further 2,108,185
shares  have been issued under the terms of the Company's
offer for subscription.

These  shares have been admitted to the Official List  of
the UK Listing Authority and application has been made to
the  London  Stock Exchange plc for these  shares  to  be
admitted to trading on its market for listed securities.
