Issue of Further Equity

The Board is pleased to announce that a further 30,000 ordinary shares have
been issued under the terms of the company's offer for subscription.

These shares have been admitted to the official list with the UK Listing
Authority, an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for
these shares to be admitted to trading on its market listed securities.
