Director's Resignation



At the AGM held yesterday, David Atterton announced his intention, having
reached the age of 75 years, to retire as Chairman and a director of the Company
with immediate effect.



Colin Hook, an existing non-executive director, of the Company has been
appointed Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.



The Board thanked David for his leadership and contribution since the launch of
the Company.



The Company is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed at the AGM
were approved by shareholders.
