The Company announces that on 15 February 2018, the following Directors were allotted and issued the numbers of Ordinary Shares shown below at a price of 70.90 pence per Ordinary Share.  The allotments were made under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme in respect of the final dividend for the year ended 30 September 2017 of 3.00 pence per share paid on 15 February 2018:
