The Company announces that on 23 March 2015, the following Directors were allotted and issued the numbers of Ordinary Shares shown below at a price of 95.75 pence per Ordinary Share.  The allotments were made under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme in respect of the interim dividend of 4 pence per share paid on 20 March 2015:
