In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Inchcape plc announces that John Langston, Non-Executive Director, will step down from the Board following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 18 May 2023 and will not stand for re-election.
Sarah Kuijlaars, Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as Chair to the Company's Audit Committee with effect from 18 May 2023.
