In accordance with paragraph 9.6.11(3) of the Listing Rules, Vicky Bindra is to take over as Chairman of the Corporate Responsibility Committee from David Scotland with effect from 10 May 2012 when David Scotland retires from the Board.

In addition, with effect also from 10 May 2012, Till Vesting will become a member of the Remuneration Committee, Ken Hanna a member of the Corporate Responsibility Committee and Simon Borrows a member of the Nominations Committee.

Simon Borrows, Vicky Bindra and Till Vestring are, and will remain, existing non-executive directors of Inchcape plc.  Ken Hanna is, and will remain, Chairman of Inchcape plc.
