Directorate change

Inchcape plc ('Inchcape' or the 'Group'), the world's leading car retailer, today announces that Karen Guerra will step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Group with effect from today's AGM.

Karen has expanded her portfolio of Non-Executive Director roles in continental Europe during this time and going forward will now concentrate her focus on these companies, given her considerable expertise in the FMCG arena. Karen is currently a non-executive Director of Swedish Match AB and Samlerhuset BV. Karen has been a Non-Executive Director of Inchcape for three years and was a member of the Remuneration Committee.
