Update on publication of annual report and interim results

The Board of Ince (AIM: INCE), an international , full service corporate and commercial law firm, provides an update on the publication of the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 ("FY22 Results ") and unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2022 (together, the "Results") and advises that the Group's auditor, BDO, having made substantial progress and now being in the final stages of quality control, requires approximately two more weeks to complete its audit procedures on the FY22 Results and the Group will publish the Results as soon as possible thereafter.
