Holdings in Company

The Ince Group plc (AIM: INCE), the international legal and professional services company, was informed on 30 November 2022 that Alan Sellers acquired 8,928,650 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 30 November 2022 as a result of his participation in the placing announced on 24 November 2022 (the "Placing") and now holds 30,757,400 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.38% of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, Samantha Moss, a solicitor independently investing, informed the Company on 30 November 2022 that she holds 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.45% of the Company's issued share capital, as a result of acquiring those shares on 30 November in the Placing. Samantha Moss and Alan Sellers are married.
