BOARD UPDATE

 

 

Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") today announces that after nearly six years of Board service, Simon Langelier, Non-Executive Director, has decided that he will not stand for re-election at the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). He will therefore step down from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM scheduled to be held on 1 February 2023.

 

Chair Therese Esperdy said "I would like to thank Simon for his significant contribution to the Board and its Committees during his tenure . His engagement and commitment to all elements of his role on the Board have always been hugely appreciated. We wish him well in his future endeavours."
