Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts 2023. In addition, the Company announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 has been sent to shareholders. The 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel, College Green, Bristol, BS1 5TA on Wednesday 31 January 2024 at 9.30am.
