 Transaction in own shares

Impellam Group plc (the "Company") announces that on the 30 August 2012 it purchased an aggregate 21,000 ordinary shares of the company for cancellation at a price of 340.0 pence per share.

Following the share buyback the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 43,949,689 ordinary shares. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 43,949,689 ordinary shares. 

The above figure of 43,949,689 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
