Impax Environmental Markets plc announces that the 3,295,508 Ordinary
Shares detailed in the "Warrant subscription" announcement released
on 20 June 2006 were today admitted to the Official List and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange.
Following the above share issue, the Company now has 130,887,352
Ordinary Shares and 19,814,382 Warrants in issue.
