On 9 November 2020, Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") issued from its block listing authority 500,000 shares at a price of 407.00 pence per share.



As a result of this issuance, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue will be 258,377,138 and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 258,377,138. There are no shares held in Treasury.



This figure (258,377,138) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
