Issue of Equity from the sale of Treasury Shares




On 12 August 2022, Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") issued 150,000 shares from its shares held in treasury at a price of 477.00 pence per share.  

As a result of this issuance, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue is 305,623,539, of which 631,500 shares are held in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 304,992,039. 



This figure (304,992,039) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. 



For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company's Home Member State is the United Kingdom.
