Issue of Equity and the sale of Treasury Shares
On 16 March 2022, Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") issued 250,000 shares, of which 112,900 were from its shares held in treasury, and the remaining 137,100 from its block listing authority at a price of 450.20 pence per share.
As a result of this issuance, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue is 303,298,539 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 303,298,539. There are now no shares held in treasury.
This figure (303,298,539) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company's Home Member State is the United Kingdom.
