following the conversion of its 'C' shares into ordinary shares and
the increase in its ordinary share capital to 197,356,027 shares,
Newton Investment Management Ltd and its subsidiaries now hold
21,470,891 ordinary shares, a notifiable interest of 10.88% in IEM.
