Cancellation of shares held in treasury

Impax Environmental Markets plc announces that on 13 February 2014 it cancelled 50,000,000 of its own ordinary shares held in treasury.

Following this cancellation, the Company's issued share capital is 274,509,373 ordinary shares.  The Company is holding 45,698,109 of these shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 228,811,264.
