AIFMD appointments

Investment manager

The Board of Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") announces that it has appointed Impax Asset Management (AIFM) Limited as the Company's investment manager (the "Manager") following the authorisation of Impax Asset Management (AIFM) Limited as an alternative investment fund manager by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority.  The Manager replaces Impax Asset Management Limited as the Company's investment manager.  This change has occurred as a result of AIFMD and the personnel at the Manager managing the portfolio remain unchanged.  The management fee and notice period also remain unchanged.

Depositary

As previously envisaged, the Company's custodian, BNP Paribas Securities Services, has been appointed as the Company's depositary and the custodian agreement previously in place has been terminated and replaced by a depositary agreement. 

Both of the above appointments are effective from 3 July 2014.
