A pathfinder prospectus is being issued today in connection with the launch of
Impax Environmental Markets plc, a new investment trust which will be managed by
Impax Asset Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Impax Group plc.
The trust will invest predominately in quoted companies which provide, utilise,
implement or advise upon technology based systems, products or services in
environmental markets.
