of the Company's 5.5 per cent. Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2009, Asset
Value Investors Limited is interested in 17,900,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence
each in the capital of the Company representing 17.99916 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
