Holding in Company

The Company received notification on 20 October 2006 that QVT Fund LP is
interested in 25,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the
Company (the 'Ordinary Shares').  These Ordinary Shares are held in a Crest
account in the name of Vidacos Nominees Ltd and held for the benefit of QVT Fund
LP.  QVT Financial LP, as investment manager for QVT Fund LP, may be deemed to
be interested in the same 25,000,000 Ordinary Shares, which represent
approximately 23.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
