The Company received notification on 19 October 2006 that, following the sale of
15,900,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the
'Ordinary Shares') on 13 October 2006, Asset Value Investors Limited is
interested in 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.86 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
