The Company received notification on 16 August 2006 that, following the
conversion of the Company's 5.5 per cent. Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2009
to ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'), which were admitted to
trading on AIM on 7 August 2006, East Riding of Yorkshire Council is interested
in 14,201,704 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.21 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
