conversion of the Company's 5.5 per cent. Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2009
to ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'), which were admitted to
trading on AIM on 7 August 2006, Marshall Securities Limited is interested in
4,950,545 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.60 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
