Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification of the following transactions in ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them.

Ian Simm, Chief Executive of the Company, has sold 2,583 Ordinary Shares and purchased 2,580 Ordinary Shares into his ISA

Helen Dell, wife and person closely associated with Ian Simm, has sold 1,864 Ordinary Shares and purchased 1,861 Ordinary Shares into her ISA.

Ian Simm has transferred 2,600 Ordinary Shares to his wife Helen Dell.

Ian Simm has transferred 5,000 Ordinary Shares to Thomas Simm, son and person closely associated with Ian Simm.
