Notification of Dealings in the Company's shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and connected persons

The Company announces the following dealings by PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 28⁴/₇p each ("Shares").

On 19 September 2016, the Company received notification from the following PDMRs in respect of Shares purchased on 16 September 2016 pursuant to participation in the IMI plc Share Matching Plan and IMI Employee Share Ownership Plan:
