We have been advised of the contents of a newspaper article which challenges the validity of the Chairman's statement provided to investors. In response to this article in the Sunday Business Post the company would like to reassure investors that the Board of Directors stand by the former Chairman's statement as being accurate in all respects. In addition, the Board would like to assure shareholders that the Chairman's statement was signed by Hugh Gibney at a board meeting held on May 20th last which was attended by the Audit partner of our Accountants, LHM Casey McGrath.

Furthermore, the board wishes to confirm that the Financial Statements in respect of the year ended 30th June 2013 have not been released or sent out to any shareholders as they have not yet been completed by the auditors, reviewed by the board or signed by either auditor or by directors on behalf of the company. The holding announcement to the GXG Markets of 29th November 2013 regarding their submission to the Market remains correct and accurate.
