The Board of Image Scan, specialist in the field of real-time 3D and 2D x-ray imaging for Security and Industrial Inspection markets, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.

The Company confirmed to shareholders its current cash balance stands at approximately £1m.
