Image Scan Holdings plc, a leading provider of multi-view, 3D X-ray imaging
technologies for the security and industrial inspection markets, announces the
purchase of 60,000 ordinary shares in Image Scan Holdings plc by Mr R J Gibbs,
Finance Director.

Mr. Gibbs had no beneficial interest in any shares prior to this purchase, which
was made on 18th February at a price of 35p.
